At this year’s Health & Safety Excellence Awards, Power Capital Renewable Energy was proud to be shortlisted across four award categories, highlighting the organisation’s continued commitment to creating a strong, people-first safety culture across all areas of the business.
Among the nominations was an individual recognition for Nicola McEvoy in the Women in Health & Safety Award category. Nicola’s leadership, dedication and attention to detail played a significant role in developing thoughtful and high-quality submissions while continuing to champion a workplace culture centred around safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
The recognition reflects the care, professionalism and collaborative approach that underpin Power Capital Renewable Energy’s commitment to health and safety across the organisation. Building and maintaining a culture where people feel supported, protected and empowered remains a core priority for the team.
Being shortlisted alongside a number of respected organisations across the industry was both an honour and a valuable reminder of the importance of continually raising standards in workplace safety, wellbeing and leadership.
At Power Capital Renewable Energy, health and safety is not simply a requirement — it is embedded into the way teams work, collaborate and support one another every day.
